Antoine Portelli is the founder of Stratis Consulting, creator of the Stratis Enterprise Value System (SEVS), and founder of BetterOpsAI — the proprietary technology platform that powers Stratis’s monitoring, AI process automation, and control capability.
His career spans three distinct disciplines. He began in software development, spending eight years designing and building technology systems. He then moved into senior operations, serving fifteen years as COO — running businesses across multiple sectors, leading teams, and building the operating structures that turn strategy into daily execution. For the past seven years, he has worked as an embedded consultant, operating on-site inside client businesses to lead transformation, restructuring, and performance improvement programmes.
This combination — technical depth, operating authority, and hands-on implementation experience — is what defines the Stratis approach. Antoine doesn’t advise from a distance. He works inside the business, alongside the leadership team, with the people who do the work.
He created SEVS to codify what he learned across all three phases of his career into a repeatable, structured system. He founded BetterOpsAI to give that system a permanent technology layer — live dashboards, AI process automation, and AI-driven recommendations that keep the gains visible and sustained after the consulting engagement evolves.
Antoine is based in Malta and works with owner-led businesses across the island and internationally.
